    Let's have fun with yoga blocks! A great class to get moving, stretch it out and learn how to use yoga blocks for different poses. No yoga blocks required -- suggestions given for other items to use at home. No yoga experience required. Geared for Grades 3-6.

  • Lightning Warrior and Upside Down Prep!

    Let's create big energy! Lightning Warrior is the focus pose as we build strength in our legs, core and upper body. We'll end class with a fun prep for going upside down (don't worry, our feet will stay on the ground -- but it's really fun!). Suitable for Gr 2-6.

  • Flow (Fly!) and Go

    An express class that will give you a great stretch, get you moving, challenge your balance (Warrior 3 and Airplane!) and set you up for a great rest of your day. Geared for Gr 4-6.

  • Challenge Poses

    A great chance to practice your strength, self confidence, balance and "I can do it" attitude. Full of tricky and fun poses, this class is one to practice over and over again! Geared for Gr 4-6.

  • Sugar Cane, Bow, and Airplane Balance

    A great class for morning, afternoon or evening -- anytime you need a little bit of movement. We'll challenge ourselves with sugarcane pose, bow, airplane and other balance poses! Suitable for Gr 4-6.

  • Planks This Way and That!

    Ever wonder how many ways you can do a plank pose? We'll have fun and get creative as we check out different ways to plank -- including twisting ourselves into fallen star pose! A great class to supplement PE or just to get moving. Geared for Gr 4-6 but any age can give it a try!

  • Strong Bodies and Minds

    Find strength in your body and mind! Class focuses on staying strong, self confident and positive as we move and stretch. Geared for Gr 4-6. No yoga experience required.

  • Twists and Balancing

    Let's get moving, practice balance and enjoy good stretches, end with a fun yoga game, and then relax. A special focus on twists and balance. Geared for ages 8-12.

  • Mindful Moment - Calm

    Enjoy a 10 minute mindful moment to recenter and regroup. Practice breathing techniques, mindful listening and self-calming tips. Suitable for all ages.

  • Gentle Nighttime Yoga

    A soothing, relaxing class to wind down the day. Gentle movements, breathing and stretching are the perfect way to prepare for bed (or just take it easy). No yoga experience required.

  • Mindful Minds and Movement

    Mindfulness is our focus as we move throughout this great class. How can we focus, remain present and be more mindful in our class and in our day? A nice balance of movement and calm. No yoga experience required.

  • Short Yoga Workout + Calm Stretching

    Let's flow and stretch! We'll start slowly and then build into a short yoga workout. Class ends with stretching and relaxation. No yoga experience required.

  • Mindful Moment - Breathe

    A 10 minute mindful moment break to breathe and self calm. Practice 2 breathing techniques and experience a mindful listening exercise to recenter. Geared for Gr K-6.

  • Balance and Freeze Dance

    Let's work on balance poses -- some tricky, some easier -- and work on our focus! No yoga experience required.

  • Kindness and Love

    Let's take time to show ourselves kindness in this refreshing self-care class! We'll slow it down, mindfully breathe, stretch and relax in this calm practice. Geared for Gr 4-6.
