    Put on some comfy clothes and let this relaxing class be your guide to relaxation before bed. Soothing, slow and very calming. Geared for Gr K-3 but any age can give it a try!

  • Twisty Poses

    Twists are SO good for calming the body, helping with digestion and are fun to do! We'll explore breathing twists, twisted poses and a fun twisty game. No yoga experience required.

  • Soothing and Calm Breathing

    Take a mindful moment to calm down, breathe, and release frustration. Three helpful breathing tips that we'll practice together. Great for the classroom or at home.

  • Gentle Nighttime Yoga

    A soothing, relaxing class to wind down the day. Gentle movements, breathing and stretching are the perfect way to prepare for bed (or just take it easy). No yoga experience required.

  • Mindful Moment - Breathe

    A 10 minute mindful moment break to breathe and self calm. Practice 2 breathing techniques and experience a mindful listening exercise to recenter. Geared for Gr K-6.

  • Active and Balanced

    A great outlet for all that extra energy! This class is fun and active -- paired with two balance challenges at the end. No yoga experience required.

  • Lightning Warrior and Upside Down Prep!

    Let's create big energy! Lightning Warrior is the focus pose as we build strength in our legs, core and upper body. We'll end class with a fun prep for going upside down (don't worry, our feet will stay on the ground -- but it's really fun!). Suitable for Gr 2-6.

  • Mindful Moment - Calm

    Enjoy a 10 minute mindful moment to recenter and regroup. Practice breathing techniques, mindful listening and self-calming tips. Suitable for all ages.

  • Ninja Warrior Yoga

    How strong can you get? Strong bodies and strong minds! We'll practice our warrior poses and sun salutations -- ninja warrior style! No yoga experience required.

  • Warrior 1, 2, 3 and Dancer Pose

    A quick 20 minute class to learn the Dancing Warrior sequence! Plus a bonus challenge pose at the end! Geared for ages 4-8.
