    Get a great workout in, plus make time to stretch, strengthen and find mindfulness to cool down. No yoga experience required. Great for athletes!

  • Restorative Yoga

    The perfect class for anyone looking for deep relaxation. You'll stretch in 4 specific poses to focus on full body release and ultimate relaxation. Suggestions are provided for at-home props that you have handy (no fancy props needed).

  • Hamstring Stretches and Strong Obliques

    A great stretch and movement yoga class, focused on stretching those hamstrings and strengthening abs/obliques. Great for athletes! No yoga experience required.

  • Express Flow

    Get moving, stretch, balance and be mindful with this 30 min yoga class for Teens. A great express workout blended with time to rest and restore. Suitable for all levels, no experience required.

  • Yoga Workout and Core Strength

    Get a full body 30 minute yoga workout in with a focus on core strength. Strong cores lead to good posture, balance and stability. This is an active, fun class that will leave you feeling very accomplished. Great for athletes!

  • Self Care and Stretch

    Time on your yoga mat is time well spent! Use this practice to stretch after sports practice, get stretchy if you've been sitting for a while, and refocus your mind with a refreshing flow. Geared for Gr 4-6 and Middle / HS.

  • Gratitude Practice

    Take some time to connect, stretch, move and give thanks in this 30 minute class. You'll leave class feeling stronger, calmer and grateful for what you were able to accomplish! Geared for middle school / high school level.

  • Teen Yoga Basics with Half Moon Balance

    A great basic teen yoga class -- get moving, stretching and test your balance with Half Moon pose! Have a yoga block or water bottle handy for balance. Geared for Middle and High School ages.
